THE HISTORY ?

As a resident of the urban-rural area 50 km from Paris, I suffered from lack of proposals for live performances in the area. So I created Au Sud Du Nord, assuming it is the responsibility of artists to address the propagation of their art.

YOUR BEST MEMORY ?

There are plenty of course in almost twenty years! But I think this is the performances where we meet other artistic disciplines ...

PROGRAMMING ?

I navigate between the demand of friends who are experienced musicians and also the demand of local emerging talent. Everyone needs to show anyway!

April 8 - 7:30 pm - TRIANON "nonresidential Sunset"

Days and Hours :

Residencies from October to June : 1 weekend per month. Festival in September: daily for 3 and a half weeks.

While there musicality, no category!

Average price of entrance :

The association Au Sud du Nord strives to seek grants and subsidies in order to offer affordable prices to the greatest number, with prices ranging from free to € 8 or free participation, we are sort of "Robin Hood " of jazz!
