Stefan Patry 'In Time'

At once modern and timeless, organist Stefan Patry's latest project, in collaboration with tenor saxophonist Jean-Jacques Elangué and drummer Thomas Derouineau, takes us to the frontiers of pure jazz, between classical melodies and free improvisations.

The trio's original compositions include ‘In Time’, ‘Bona Mbangue Go Dance’, ‘Ode à Odessa’ and ‘JJ Tom’, all of which reflect the sensitivity, history and imagination of the three musicians brought together for the occasion.

There's a real sense of sharing, a musical melting pot, and above all the obvious pleasure of playing together.
