Naïssam Jalal is creating a veritable laboratory for experimentation around her forthcoming repertoire, Landscapes of Eternity, due for release in April 2026. Through a series of original duets and trios with a variety of musicians, she invites us to explore the sonic landscapes of North India in a profound and singular way.

Naïssam Jalal is one of the most powerful artists on the contemporary jazz scene. An exceptional flutist, intense vocalist and visionary composer, she transcends genres and overturns codes with a sound universe that is both deeply rooted in tradition and resolutely modern. Winner of the Grand Prix de l'Académie Charles Cros (2017), the Victoires du Jazz (2019), the Prix des Musiques d'ICI (2020) and the prestigious Premier Prix Jazz of the International Songwriting Competition (2022), Naïssam has established herself as a major creative force. A Chevalière des Arts et des Lettres since 2023, she embodies uncompromising artistic freedom, taking her message and her music to the four corners of the globe with a rare intensity. Since 2022, 38Riv has been opening its doors to artists in search of freedom. On four evenings, the same stage is given over to creativity, where emerging and established artists weave new stories together.
Here, people don't just come to play, they come to explore, invent, invite and share. Projects in gestation, unforeseen encounters, creations on the verge of fruition - all precious moments to be experienced as the concerts unfold.
