Pierre Marcus & Friends

At the age of 17, Pierre Marcus discovered the electric bass. He first explored reggae and funk, before crossing paths with jazz. He then bought his first double bass. Since then, this passionate self-taught musician has become a key figure on the French jazz scene and a pillar of the 38Riv.

For this special evening, Pierre plays compositions from his previous albums and performs a number of standards, surrounded by a host of musicians and surprise guests. A party for friends and spectators alike, to celebrate seven years of generously, faithfully and consistently hosting Monday jam sessions.
