Sarah Lancman is one of the most captivating voices in French jazz today. In 2012, she won first prize at the Montreux Jazz Festival's SURE Vocal International Competition (chaired by Quincy Jones), as well as first prize at the 2024 French Jazz Voices Competition. She will be performing an intimate piano/voice concert.
On September 21, singer and pianist Sarah Lancman will be joined on stage by the Hanson Quartet, one of the most brilliant string ensembles of their generation. Between Sarah Lancman's refined and poetic universe and the quartet's creative energy, this concert promises a unique dialogue between jazz and chamber music, blending elegance and poetry.
