Jazzics — Jazz meets classical
The 38Riv celebrates the dialogue between jazz and classical music. Reinterpretations of the great repertoires, encounters between instruments from different eras, free improvisations: an event where boundaries are blurred in favor of a common language.
Conceived as a tribute to Vincent Charbonnier, founder of 38Riv and passionate double bassist, this program is in the spirit of Jacques Loussier's “Play Bach”: curious, inventive, free.
