At Le Baiser Salé, we have known François Constantin and his jams for over thirty years: suffice to say that he has invited the entire French jazz scene to share the stage! An outstanding percussionist and a true master of rhythm, he switches from one instrument to another in record time. His experience, energy and talent create the unrivalled atmosphere of Monday night jam sessions, where the music always goes beyond the boundaries. For this evening dedicated to the Brazilian genius, master of sonic freedom and constant invention, the musicians will summon the whimsical, poetic and deeply lively spirit of Hermeto. Between hypnotic melodies, effervescent improvisations and typically Brazilian rhythmic colours, we will immerse ourselves in the universe of the man nicknamed ‘O Bruxo’, the wizard.

An hour-long concert will be followed by a colourful jam session, where tradition, gentle madness and musical spontaneity come together to celebrate one of the greatest creators of contemporary jazz.
