"Walking Towards The Unknown" is a project created in 2011 in New York by the drummer and composer Thomas Galliano.
This project brings together, within a unique musical language, the essential characteristics of improvisation and offers each musician a space of freedom to assert their own voice.
Inspired by his journey as a man and an artist, Thomas draws from his experiences and multiple influences to shape compositions that are both rooted in reality and crossed by a deep rhythmic blending.

Through the title "Walking Towards The Unknown" - literally "walking towards the unknown" - he expresses this universal feeling of quest, the impulse towards the unexpected: curiosity, doubt, but also the exhilaration that arises from self-transcendence.
