Hugo Mezzasalma Trio

Playing alongside Linus Olson at the 200th Jazz UP concert in 2024, at just 25 years old, Hugo Mezzasalma finally comes back with his trio. A graduate of the Nice Conservatory in jazz, a professional since the age of 18, he now spends his time between Paris and the French Riviera after teaching at the conservatories of Fréjus and Draguignan.

While remaining accessible, his jazz and modern jazz repertoire gives a privileged place to compositions without forgetting revisited jazz standards. He will be accompanied by two accomplished musicians well known to local jazz lovers.
