Biguine Extension is a trio born out of a residency at Tropiques Atrium (Martinique, 2023-2024), bringing together Ralph Lavital, Elvin Bironien, and Adriano Tenorio. Blending Caribbean traditions with contemporary jazz, the project reimagines and extends the repertoire of biguine through modern arrangements, thus asserting the vitality and evolution of this intergenerational musical genre.
