Akinroots

Born from the meeting of three musicians with complementary backgrounds, Akinroots reinvents jazz fusion with contagious energy. Trained at the CMDL, this Normandy-based trio draws inspiration from jazz, electro, funk and African sounds, creating a musicaluniverse that is as rich as it is generous. Between spellbinding improvisations and intoxicating melodies, Akinroots celebrates cultural diversity and emotion, without ever sacrificing the cohesion of the group: on stage, the three musicians weave a unique alchemy, where each note tells a story. Their first album, Multiverse, released in 2024, reflects four years of collaboration and travel. Their performance, both fiery and delicate, promises a moment of sharing and escape, where colourful music becomes a universal language.
