Jacques Vidal Quintet

Bassist Jacques Vidal, after his participation in the first MAGMA of Christian Vander, accompanied in the years 60/80 musicians such as Pepper Adams, Philly Joe Jones, Tony Scott, Archie Shepp ... then made ​​various formations under his name. Its current universe revolves around Charles Mingus, to whom he dedicated two CDs and a DVD. He teaches at Paris (Conservatoire 75009 Paris and Bill Evans Piano Academy).
