With a warm voice and a resolutely modern universe, Élise Allasia embodies the new French soul/R&B scene. Based in Paris, this young artist draws a clear line between groove heritage and contemporary aesthetics in both her compositions and her covers, intensely exploring the textures of R&B, the sensuality of soul, and the syncopated rhythms of today's groove.
Yebba, Erykah Badu, Robert Glasper, Jill Scott... Her influences speak for themselves: artists who blur the lines between raw emotion, chiseled harmonies, and slamming rhythms. Élise draws on this heritage to deliver original compositions and rearranged covers, carried by a close-knit band: Nathan Mollet on piano, Pierrick Cazals on drums, and Nankouma Lesage on bass. Having already performed at La Note Bleue (Monaco), Le Shapko, La Boule Noire, and Le Son de la Terre, she continues to forge her own path with rigor and spontaneity.
With performances at renowned venues such as La Note Bleue (Monaco), Le Shapko (Nice), La Boule Noire, and Le Son de la Terre (Paris), Élise is both solid on stage and bold in her artistic direction.
Since 2012, Le Baiser Salé has opened its doors to young, emerging talents! The goal? To offer them a creative laboratory, a setting to develop their repertoire, refine their stage presence, and experiment freely, test new compositions, and offer an intimate set. A promising and promising niche where creativity and excitement have no limits.
