Emma Rawicz arrives in France with an exceptional quartet, bringing together some of the most exciting improvisers on the current European scene. Resolutely international, the ensemble gathers major musicians from France and the United Kingdom. It relies on long-standing artistic collaborations while forging a new and unique sonic identity.

For her Parisian debut, the group will present Emma Rawicz's original compositions, with a strong dimension of improvisation and a deep sense of freedom and joy in the music. Composed of virtuosos, all leaders and bold creators in their own projects, the ensemble stands out for the breadth and richness of its musical possibilities. A first Parisian concert not to be missed.

Saxophonist, conductor, and composer, Emma Rawicz impresses with her remarkable artistic maturity. At only 24 years old, she has already released four critically acclaimed albums - Incantation, Chroma, Big Visit, and INKYRA - and led headline tours in 15 countries. She has performed at prestigious festivals and venues, including as a soloist with the BBC Concert Orchestra at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, as well as with the SWR Radio Big Band from Stuttgart in a sold-out concert at the Philharmonie de Berlin.

As the youngest artist in residence in the history of the Cambridge Jazz Festival, she has received numerous awards and nominations recognizing her career. Since September 2024, she has also been part of the BBC New Generation Artists for a two-year period, confirming her place among the leading figures of the new generation of European jazz.
