Hetty Kate / Jazz In Four Seasons 'Spring'

Australian singer Hetty Kate, now based in Paris, presents an ambitious and original project: “Jazz in Four Seasons: Vol. 1, Spring.” Four albums recorded on four continents, each dedicated to a season. This first installment, “Spring,” features twelve standards by Duke Ellington, Dave Brubeck, Billy Strayhorn, and Tadd Dameron.

Recorded in Prague, the album takes on a new dimension on stage: Hetty Kate reinterprets it with French musicians. With eleven albums to her credit and performances across twenty-eight countries, she shares her musical world and her uniquely distinctive voice tonight. On the program: melodies that evoke blossoming, light, and April showers.
