Wild by nature, the Biches of the Florian Pellissier Quintet have never been confined to a creative enclosure that would have forced them to remain within any geographical boundaries. Wanderers, lavishing their energy without reserve to let the hard bop of their jazz roam and spread wherever the groove led them, they have travelled as far as Africa and South America, from the Cape of Good Hope to Rio. Rio is precisely where, during their last appearance, exposure to a brief electric current carried them right into space.
