Musina Ebobissé Trio

n recent years, Musina Ebobissé has established herself as one of the most distinctive and promising voices in French and European jazz. At the helm of a trio where acoustic and electronic elements are in constant dialogue, she has developed a bold sonic universe that strikes a balance between composition, improvisation, and experimentation.

The melodies are in a state of constant flux, shaped in real time by the trio in a quest for ever-changing textures and colors.

Drawing on the energy of contemporary American jazz, the hues of Impressionism, and the vitality of contemporary music, the trio crafts shifting soundscapes—at times contemplative, at others swept by powerful turbulence. An immersive and intensely lived-in music, where the legacies of John Coltrane, Brian Eno, Maurice Ravel, and Jimi Hendrix come to the surface.
