Toucan Toco

Every Sunday and Monday, la Rhumerie brings you together for a jazz evening that revives the tradition of St Germain des prés during the fifties, and offers a selection of rums and West Indian cuisine (surcharge + € 1 per order on concert days).

Family quartet with piano, double bass, drums, flute, clarinet and vocals — with a repertoire inspired by Latin American music.

Venezuelan waltzes, Colombian cumbia, Cuban son, salsa, bossa nova, samba, Brazilian choros... Everyone plays everything and vice versa, the whole thing is joyful and astonishing, and the show adds to the music!

In this unique formula, Zéphyr and Cosima Ollivier complete the group alongside Gwen and the double bass singer, Noémie Naël. The whole thing takes the name Toucan Toco and anything is possible...
