After having spent his childhood in Guadeloupe, soaked in his father's jazz records collection and the French Island traditional music, Julien Coriatt settles in Paris in 2000. At age 19, he starts his professional career while following his musical studies in reknown schools: American School of Modern Music, Conservatoires Nadia et Lili Boulanger and Hector Berlioz, Ecole Normale de Musique Alfred Cortot.

25 years later he has been collaborating with prestigious musicians (Rick Margitza, Gene Perla, John Betsch), led his own musical projects (Julien Coriatt Orchestra, Julien Coriatt Trio, Brand New Quintet) and hosted numerous Parisian events attended by jazz aficionados and curious listeners. 

Julien Coriatt enjoys playing jazz as well as Soul/Rn'B music and chooses an exquisite repertoire of French traditional songs making your dinner tonight at Paris Montparnasse as authentic as it can be.
