Charlotte Wassy Quintet

After two albums rooted in an aesthetic she described as "instinctive mixed jazz," Charlotte Wassy is now evolving her music towards a universe where soul, R'n'B, and rock energy intersect, in service of a resolutely contemporary jazz.
With LIBRA, she signs a project in her own image: free, contrasting, and deeply inhabited. Inspired by her astrological sign, Libra, this new repertoire explores the notions of balance, harmony, and movement, while leaving ample room for intensity, body, and expression.
