Alex Freiman & The Hot Sauce

Back at the Sunset-Sunside, Alex Freiman & The Hot Sauce are back with a set list put together especially for the occasion, remaining true to their explosive DNA: the devastating groove of James Brown, the mellow soul-jazz of Grant Green, the infectious energy of Delvon Lamarr — a unique blend of jazz, soul, funk and blues.

For this gig, the band delves back into the jazz of the Sixties. Alex Freiman reinterprets the standout tracks from his albums *Play It Gentle* and *In The Beginning*, whilst giving a sneak preview of new compositions and arrangements.

From reimagined classics to brand-new creations, there’s just one guiding principle: groove, improvisation and an organic sound. That unmistakable live energy! Not to be missed.
