A passion for African music has shaped the careers of Fafa, Isabel, and Cate as backup singers for such iconic artists as Papa Wemba, Manu Dibango, Etienne Mbappé, and many others.

It all began with a tribute to Rido Bayonne. That’s where the three artists met and decided to form the trio Fa Ï zaté: a name that resonates as a tribute to their roots, since it means “to play” in Mina (Benin) and “to arrive” in Douala (Cameroon). Their repertoire blends the great classics of Sam Mangwana, Ray Léma, and other legends of African music with original compositions full of life.

For this concert, they have invited Cédric Baud, a virtuoso guitarist whose fingers have danced alongside Rido, Etienne Mbappé, and Louis Winsberg. A beautiful chemistry for a musical journey where spellbinding rumba, wild makossa, and intoxicating melodies intersect…
