The success of the Baiser Salé come from it daily risk-taking programmation, that’s why the Baiser Salé is actually a jazz talent discoverer. A lot of international and national jazzmen beggan at the Baiser Salé jazz club, like Richard Bona, Taffa Cissé, Thierry Arpino, Mario Canonge, Etienne Mbappé, Linley Marthe, Geoffroy de Masure, Emile Parisien, Angélique Kidjo, Laurent Vernerey, Loic Ponthieux, Nguyen Lé, Mokhtar Samba… the Baiser Salé jazz club has participated to the creation of the mythical band Ultramarine, and the creation of Stéphane Belmondo and Sylvain Luc duo…At the first floor, you can listen Afro-jazz music or West India Music and appreciate a spicy cocktail in the same time. The bar of the Baiser Salé is opened until 6:00 am. One of the particularities of the Baiser Salé is to let the jazzmen free : they can play and create naturally.
