Singer and multi-instrumentalist, with a predilection for bass, Gabe Bridgewater comes from a rich and noble family tradition, born from a French father and a American mother in Paris, his family is artistic to say the least - his mother is none other than the great soul singer Dee Dee Bridgewater, and his half-sister the singer China Moses. After getting a taste of music, Gabe quickly continued to follow his own path. At only 26, he already has a solid experience of international stages. He plays occasionally with The Roots at the Highline Ballroom, has opened for The Brand New Heavies, Theo Croker, George Benson, and Roy Ayers just to name a few. Despite an international tour of more than ten years as a guitarist, a change has occurred. Suddenly, he found a new identity playing bass. It was not long before the five and six strings grabbed him. With a rich musical culture and childhood friends immersed in the same field, Gabe is constantly brought to be the best version of himself as a musician. He is now back in France at the head of Zinq. This project aims to marry and transcend all the musical influences he has encountered throughout his life as a musician.
