Musical meeting of Siphan UPRAVAN songwriter author and electric banjoist.
After making his scales on the guitar in the caravan of Paul REINHARDT, This musician is "mounted" on Paris to live music playing banjo. He begins by playing old style, and New Orleans, engages with The Orpheon Celesta and the Jeunesses Musical de France with whom he spent almost 4 years playing every day. Then he even different alternative experiences at Olivier Franck, Joel Lacroix and many others ... Before settling again for 4 years with the HOT D'OC Toulouse then 10 years with the VINTAGE JAZZMEN. These during all these periods that he has been able to play in many festivals in France and abroad, to make the first party of the Golden Gatte quartet, Bill Coleman, Dizzy Gillespie and many others ... Today and since 2015 he left in new adventures looking for a new way to play, and use the banjo. He researches his sound by electrifying his instrument and going through effects pedals, he composes and organizes musical meetings, sometimes with musicians he knows, sometimes he does not know and that's this live musical production which interests him and which is interesting for the listener. The musicians are discovering, discovering and sharing with us all the situations and emotions of the moment they go through.
