Julia Perminova Paris Trio

Julia Perminova is a young Russian pianist and composer born in Tyumen, Russia (Western Siberia). In 2017, she graduated from the prestigious Gnessin Academy of Music. In her first year of studies, she won many international awards: Kim Nazaretov Contest for young jazz musicians (Rostov-on-Don), "Grand Piano in Jazz" contest (Moscow), Gnesin's Jazz (Moscow), Johnny Răducanu International Jazz Festival (Brăila, Pomania), International Festival "Future of Jazz", organized by Igor Butman. She plays alongside many internationally renowned Russian and foreign musicians: Linus Lindblom, Valery Ponomaryov, Vitaliy Golovnev, Igor Butman and Moscow Jazz Orchestra. Julia Perminova composes and records with her trio her first album, "Revival", in 2018. Her audience is always moved by the imagination, the vital energy and the sincerity of her music. A great first.
