An emblematic figure in Soul & Jazz music, Macéo Parker, alto saxophonist and composer played alongside James Brown, Fred Wesley and Pee Wee Ellis. In 1990, he recorded his first solo album "Roots revisited" which, for several weeks, occupied the first place in the Billboard Magazine's ranking for the Jazz category. In parallel with his solo career, he has also accompanied Prince on many albums and tours.
