Sylvain Beuf and Alain Jean-Marie have chosen to amaze us, this year in trio formula. Sylvain Beuf is the most rewarded and essential of our tenor saxophonists (Victoire de la musique, 2 Golden Djangos, Talent Midem) to the 20 years of career skyscrapers with the who's who of French jazz (Martial Solal, André Ceccarelli, Aldo Romano, the Mutin brothers, Bojan Z, Manuel Rocheman, ...). He has created the image of a quiet and modest gifted: prolix composer, inspired soloist, leader with perfect mastery and certain choices. Alain Jean-Marie is the accompanist of the greatest, from Dee Dee Bridgewater to Chet Baker via Max Roach ... His albums as a leader have won many awards and are now classics.
