Which Prince song haunts your memories? Purple Rain ? Cream ? Kiss ? Abyale and her musicians revisit Prince’s hits, with a soul and electro-jazz flair (musical arrangements by young pianist Niels Sem). "Mes années Prince” (A tribute to Prince) at the Sunset is the Paris premiere of a show that was successfully performed at the Avignon Festival. Did you know? Abyale almost met Prince! For the first time, the singer tells in a show some of the funny backstage stories of her glittery 90's as a club queen, when dance music and party people invaded the dance floors...! André Manoukian (France Inter) calls her "Princess Abyale", Eric Bastien (France Bleu National) says of her: "She is a a rare pearl with a velvet voice ... Her artistic identity is black American music, mixed with African roots... Here is the sun of the black soul, she is called Abyale.” Energy, emotion, sensuality, and always a smile... Abyale’s music always makes you want to dance!
