Guillaume Perret is a buoyant saxophonist who endlessly explores the possibilities of his instrument. After he went solo to record his album Free, many expected Guillaume Perret to join a band again. He did just that with “Elevation,” a live performance based on the soundtrack of 16 Levers de Soleils (16 sunrises), the documentary about Thomas Pesquet’s journey into space. Guillaume renews his old passion for electric sounds, intense vibrations, finely crafted compositions, as well as musical research and avant-garde.
