Initiated by French clarinettist and saxophonist Olivier Roch, Nocuts plays crossover jazz blending classical, rock and world influences. Inspired by Tigran Hamasyan or Avishaï Cohen's music, Nocuts sets itself apart by its original use of the clarinet in a modern amplified jazz context, adding sound effects to extend the instrument's subtle wooden texture. The tenor saxophone takes over to add power to the most powerful pieces. Supported by the MAAD93 network and jazz venue Le Triton, Nocuts issues its first album "Itinéraires" at Sunset
