At the Baiser Salé, we take advantage of the summer to spend free and festive musical evenings at the Festival Estival de Jam, from August 3 to September 2.

More than a simple concert, the jam is an opportunity to discover outstanding musicians, to see them having fun improvising together. It is the feeling of participating in a unique moment.

One hour of concert lays the foundations and launches the theme of the evening in homage to an artist then a jam takes us until the end of the night.

A true figure of jazz, Billie has a talent and a voice which will raise her to the heights of glory and which will make her a true legend of music. Painful childhood, problems with the police, shabby stamps. Billie Holiday was born under a bad star. Success, satin dresses or white Cadillacs will not change anything. Misfortune and despair (which she sang so well), drugs, alcohol and prison will get the better of her fragile and fresh voice, literally juggling the notes. Disappeared in 1959, La Dame au gardenia remains today the incarnation of the jazz singer. American dancer and singer, Nicole Rochelle made her debut in television at the age of 8 alongside Ringo Starr. Then, between episodes of the famous "Cosby Show" which hit the USA, she worked on singing, dancing and tap dancing and made her debut in the cinema, then on Broadway. In 2000, Jérôme Savary gave him the role of Joséphine Baker for a multitude of performances. Nicole Rochelle knows how to do it all and shows explosive dynamism and rare expressiveness. By her side, the award-winning composer, arranger and pianist of Polynesian origin, Carine Bonnefoy, who exudes a subtle touch and through her music, makes the link between Europe and the Pacific regions. The drummer of Rhoda Scott's Lady Quartet, Julie Saury, who for more than 20 years, has established herself as an outstanding "side woman" and the double bassist Bruno Rousselet, musician of Abd Al Malik, Marcel AZZOLA, Dee Dee BRIDGWATER, Laurent DeWilde, André CECCARELLI, Florin NICULESCU, Jean-Luc PONTY, to name a few!
