Combining funk, blues and groove, The Meters, founded in 1965 by keyboardist and singer Art Neville, originally from New Orleans, is considered by many to be one of the founding bands of funk.
For this jam, François Constantin invites three heavyweights of the current jazz scene,
members of Monsieur Mâlâ, a band from the Baiser Salé's #JazzDeDemain niche, which is on the rise!
Three musicians from the same generation, with the same drive, the same desire, the same fervour and above all a breathtaking musicality.
