At the Baiser Salé, we have known François Constantin and his jams for thirty years, so we might as well say that he has invited the entire French jazz scene to perform with him! He has made this weekly event an internationally known institution.
The Monday Jams are THE unmissable and timeless rendez-vous where the masters of the genre meet the younger generation for musical jousting in a friendly atmosphere.

On Monday 4 July, François Constantin will be honouring Gretchen Parlato, an American singer and arranger. With her hypnotic grooves, Gretchen Parlato is at the crossroads of the sensual and the spiritual. With her album "Flor" she won the award for best vocal album of the year. With her Latin approach to jazz she has played and collaborated with artists such as Lione Loueke, Herbie Hancock and Wayne Shorter.
