Alba Neiva

An intriguing cocktail, that of this young Parisian quintet founded by guitarist Nils Frechilla: a cloud of flamenco rhythms, a tear of Cuban sound, a zest of Brazilian samba, all enhanced by the frantic chords of contemporary jazz... The warm voice and the luminous smile of Lucile Chriqui dance to these melodies which cross Gainsbourg or Chopin in turn, on a road between Buenos Aires and Recife. Alba Neiva won the Jazz à Vannes 2019 competition, in the “vocal jazz” category. #BeCurious! 

Created in 2012, the #JazzFromTomorrow slot has given rise to a series of monthly and bimonthly residencies, allowing young artists to experiment on stage, to hone a repertoire, while presenting it to the public. A promising and promising niche where creativity and emulsion have no limits. #BeCurious!
