Every Sunday and Monday, la Rhumerie brings you together for a jazz evening with Alex Swing Events, thus reviving the tradition of St Germain des prés during the fifties, and offers a selection of rums and West Indian cuisine (surcharge + € 1 per order on concert days).

Today, Alex Swing Events presents the Mathieu Najean Quintet. For this concert, he offers you a mix of personal compositions and standards. Through his compositions, always anchored in swing and blues, he allows himself the freedom to compose a Jelly Roll Morton-style rag, an Ellington-style fantasy, a Basie-style blues ... In 2020, Mathieu Najean is releasing his first album of compositions staff. The second will be recorded in 2022.
