Fustige

The quintet offers rhythmic and electric jazz, tinged with sweet pop scents and more musky aromas: rock, fusion. The rhodes lays the groundwork with sophisticated harmonic turns on which floats an airy saxophone (with effects pedals) and a melodic rock guitar. The rhythm section provides sometimes simple grooves, sometimes more energetic and provided. Fustige gives a responsive place to nostalgic and lyrical melodies, which remain etched in the memory of the listener. The latter will also be easily bewitched by their wide phases of sound, at once hovering, powerful and hypnotic, all in a rhythmic and organic pulsation that carries the body away.
