Introduced at a very young age to the Guadeloupean rhythm "Gwoka", which is played on the Ka drum, Robert Coliné created his own musical group in 2018.
With his "Djakavibes", he proposes original compositions that navigate between Jazz and Gwoka, starting from the observation that these two musical styles come from the same essence, from the same African source.
From the fusion of these two styles and his ever-awakening musical curiosity, a deep creative liberation will emerge that will take you on a journey between melancholy and musical trance.
