Sylvain Le Ray invites us into his imaginary world, inhabited by jazz, classical and traditional music. In his first trio album, the pianist navigates between emotions and interaction with the musicians who accompany him. His music is warm and expresses itself in an introspective or more liberated way.
He presents at the Baiser a new formation in which he continues to push back the frontiers of his musical universe, with new compositions and a group that goes further in the interaction, the whole inspired by his years spent in Paris within Didier Lockwood's school but also during jam sessions and concerts in the French capital.
