At the Baiser Salé we have known François Constantin and his jams for thirty years, so you might as well say that he invited the whole French jazz scene to perform alongside him! He knew how to make this weekly meeting an internationally known institution. Don Grolnick was an American jazz pianist and composer. He contributed with artists like Michael Brecker, David Sanborn or Marcus Miller to the rise of East Coast jazz rock. A concert set followed by two sets of improvised musical encounters where generosity, experience, energy and talent guarantee the incomparable atmosphere of the Monday evening Jam Sessions!
