Antoine Laudière Trio

With a solid experience as an arranger and also as a sideman for many bands, it was time for the guitarist to take the step of composing. He chooses to propose his original repertoire, inspired by the music and playing of New York-based musicians such as Gilad Hekselman, Ben Wendel or Bill Frisell, but also by the numerous collaborations with the musicians he has worked with over the past few years.

We find within the trio a desire to place the melody in the heart of the compositions and without ever turning away from it. This is not a "power trio" but the creation of a real musical alchemy between the 3 musicians where the roles are never defined.

Created in 2012, the #JazzFromTomorrow slot has given rise to a series of monthly and bimonthly residencies, allowing young artists to experiment on stage, to hone a repertoire, while presenting it to the public.
