Louise Ausseill is a jazz singer of Spanish origin. Her first inspirations were born on the coast of Barcelona.

However, Louise was soon attracted by Afro-American culture, which led her to imagine an artistic project exploring the paths of jazz and soul. Swing, pop and even funk intersect, always linked by an acoustic sound reminiscent of traditional jazz. Melodies with pop-soul colours rub shoulders with more complex harmonies.

Saxophone, piano, double bass and drums give life to this project. In search of sincerity, the quintet favours simplicity in both written and improvised music. This results in a rich and varied repertoire, with very personal colours.

The influences of artists such as Fats Waller, Horace Silver, Etta James and Gregory Porter can be heard.

"Rollin' Dice", released in July 2022, is the first single from their next album, due for release in 2023.
