Syncopa Uno

Syncopa Uno will exclusively present their first LP entitled Back to Work!
Syncopa Uno is a professional band based in Paris since 2015 and composed of eight musicians whose influences range from New York jazz to Caribbean rhythms (Cuba, Martinique, Trinidad...) and 70s jazz-funk. The repertoire includes original compositions, collective arrangements and compositions by Calixto Oviedo, Caribbean Jazz Project, Mamborama, Irakere.
Their first album, consisting of 7 original tracks, was recorded between 2021 and 2022 at the Bop City studio (Le Pré-Saint-Gervais, France) and combines all these influences.
