Author, composer and singer with multiple influences, Laura Prince is the vocal jazz revelation of the year 2021. Surrounded by the pianist and arranger Gregory Privat, she summons all her personal musical heritage to the sounds of the winds of Africa and Navarre in her first album "Peace of Mine". Jazz piano, soulful melodies and Afro-Latin rhythmic sections blend with the deep, bewitching and sensual voice of the young Franco-Togolese singer.

She has always been rocked by world music. From Celia Cruz's Cuban salsa, to Fela Kuti's afrobeat and Manu Dibango's Makossa, through Piaf, Brel and Aznavour's French songs, but also through the great voices of blues and jazz such as Nina Simone, Dinah Washington, Ray Charles, Etta James... So many artistic influences that inspire her to create her own music. In "Peace of Mine" she shares her inner peace with the sounds of the musicians who accompany her.

In less than a decade, Gregory Privat has established himself as one of the most brilliant and captivating pianists on the French jazz scene. Nominated at the 2015 Victoires du Jazz in the category of Jazz Revelation, he continues his rise in the big league. The pianist from Martinique, after his noticed duet with Sonny Troupé has just released his first album "Yonn".

Born into a family of musicians, Zacharie Abraham is an outstanding double bass player. Holder of the double bass prize of the CNSM of Paris, he masters his instrument in all styles of music, with a solid Caribbean background.

Inor Sotolongo is one of those eclectic and rigorous Cuban musicians who add soul to any musical universe with percussion. Also, nominated for a Latin Grammy in 2016, his skills are constantly evolving and allow him to dedicate himself to the most daring experiments.

Tilo Bertholo, is part of the rising stars, solid talents and carriers of a new wind. A regular at the Baiser Salé, his lively playing brings a solid energy to the quintet.
