Lithuanian-born jazz and blues singer Vik Gečytė rivals the greatest voices in jazz. Her velvety phrasing, swing and perfect sense of tempo are unanimously praised by critics and audiences alike.

Vik Gečytė now lives in Paris, but it was on the New York jazz scenes that she trained and progressed, during her student years in the United States. She has become a worthy heir to the great American jazz singers, giving great importance to rhythm. Her scat is fluid, rhythmic and balanced. In 2019, Vik is one of the winners of the prestigious Sarah Vaughan International Vocal Jazz Competition.
