As part of the #CaribéennesDeMai, the lively and sparkling Guadeloupean singer Céline Languedoc invites the pianist with bouncing notes Thierry Vaton and his acolytes of always Gregory Louis on drums and Rody Cereyon on bass.
A West Indian singer? Yes, of course. And also a gospel, jazz, blues singer... A singer from France, from the West Indies, from America, from today. Céline discovered the land of her ancestors at the age of ten, as well as gospel music, rural gwo ka and the Creole language. In metropolitan France, she made her first steps as a chorus girl, recorded albums with soul, gospel, jazz, pop and world music, while keeping her Creole music and her Caribbean heritage; later, she played the role of "Shenzi" in the musical The Lion King.

An indomitable and sincere voice where Creole song and the libertarian spirit of jazz marry the spirituality of gospel and the roughness of blues...

With the pianist Thierry Vaton from Martinique and his elegant compositions, she offers us a great moment of celebration of the Creole jazz heritage!
