Fanou Torracinta – Gipsy Guitar From Corsica Vol.2

Original compositions with Corsican accents, music by Django Reinhardt and jazz standards are on the program for this album release. "Gipsy guitar from Corsica vol.2" is the fourth album by guitarist Fanou Torracinta. He affirms the desire to compose and play music rooted in the tradition of jazz and gypsy jazz, while being original and from a territory, by its influences and its color. Bastien Brison's piano will enhance the exceptional swing of this quartet and wink at the Roman sessions of master Django Reinhardt! A very nice concert in perspective!
