Knobil Quartet

KNOBIL is a vocal Jazz quartet created by Louise Knobil,a Lausanne-based upright bassplayer, singer and composer. Inspired by Esperanza Spalding, Charles Mingus and Oscar Pettiford, she interprets her own compositions with her upright bass and her voice in a style between songwriting, post-bop and glittery Jazz. The artist plays with her fellow knodisciples: Paul Marsigny (bass clarinet), Vincent Andreae (drums) and Manon Mullener (piano).
