The idea of an atypical duo has been on the minds of these two musicians for almost fifteen years now, and they've already been rubbing shoulders for several years - from the benches of the Paris Conservatoire to the Orchestre National de Jazz.

They speak the same language, seek the same spontaneity: poetry is at the heart of their (d)ébats.

Raphaël Schwab's short, sharp compositions become a playground for the two improvisers, who share moments of grace, humor and, quite simply, music with the audience.
