Saxophonist, vocalist and songwriter, Antonio Lizana creates a unique musical signature.

At 37, the native of Cadiz who grew up in San Fernando embodies the new generation of flamenco, hybrid, noble and feverish: he reinvents the tradition by mixing jazz, embodied singing and Iberian rhythms.

Surrounded by the brilliant "El Mawi de Cádiz", in dance and singing, and a trio of high-flying musicians, Lizana manages to reconcile the complex rhythms of flamenco and the refined harmonies of his jazz compositions. At the crossroads of these two worlds, the voice soars on themes dear to tradition, the sax gallops on velvet and the fusion is made in perfect harmony.

Celebrated in Spain, warmly welcomed by critics and audiences on French stages since the release of his latest album Vishuddha, Antonio Lizana offers us an intense musical experience, capable of moving ballads and the most exciting outbursts, of straddling the sax as well as grabbing the microphone. To your Palmas!

Daniel García: piano / backing vocals
Shayan Fathi: drums
Arin Keshishi: bass
El Mawi de Cádiz: flamenco dance / backing vocals
